At the beginning, I would like to welcome all of you at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science - Cairo University. I am pleased to congratulate you, firstly, for your honorable success in high school, which qualified you to be among us in Cairo University. Secondly, for your successful selection of the Faculty of Economics and Political Science to pursue your study, this prestigious faculty with many graduates who are prominent figures in the fields of Politics, Economics, Public Administration and Statistics. It will be clear to you over the years of study that you are treated as sons and daughters, and will always be in the mind and heart of everyone who work inside the faculty, starting from the Dean to the most recent employee. Moreover, your relationship with your faculty will not be ended even after your graduation as its doors will always remain open to you and to your participation in its various occasions
