We congratulate Professor Dr. Omnia Helmy, Professor of Economics at the faculty, for receiving the State Honorary Award in the field of Social Sciences, Professor Dr. Magued Osman, Professor of Statistics at the faculty and former Minister of Communications and Information Technology for receiving the State Honorary Award in the field of Social Sciences, and Professor Dr. Houria Tawfik Mogahed, Professor of Political Science and former Head of the Department of Political Science at the faculty, for receiving the Naguib Mahfouz Award for Intellectual and Literary Creativity. Lastly, we congratulate Dr. Asmaa Mohamed Ezzat, Assistant Professor of Economics at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science at Cairo University, for receiving the State Incentive Award in the departement of the role of Egyptian Institutions in the rule of Law for her paper titled "Institutional Reform and Governance as Essential Pillars for Building the New Egyptian State."
