On Wednesday, 4/3/2020, the business incubator of the faculty of Economics and Political Science held a workshop on “How to make your start-up led by a value?”. This workshop was presented by Professor Amira Abdulaziz.

Professor Amira Abdel Aziz has an experience of 12 years in developing youth and entrepreneurial skills. She also has a Master's degree from ToR-Vergata University Rome, Italy in economics and international cooperation. She is the co-founder of the “Namaa' Initiative for Sustainable Development” in 2005.

During the workshop, we discussed 7 methodological steps that help assess the organization and identify the organizational values ​​and how to achieve and develop them. It also stressed on the importance of having a valuable goal before building any start-up.
