Research Interest:
My research interests lie in the fields of Labor Economics, Development Economics, and Program Evaluation. My current work focuses on understanding decision-making within poor households, especially decisions that affect the human capital of their children. In my dissertation, I examine the role of education in shaping household decisions regarding fertility, child labor, and schooling in Egypt.
