Ceremony Instructions
| - Graduates
must be in FEPS before the beginning of the
ceremony by a sufficient time. - Graduates should wear the graduation gowns and show their IDs whenever needed. - Graduates should be in their assigned halls during the gathering, and should preserve their alphabetical order during the parade, in the ceremony hall, and when seated. - Children below ten years old are not allowed. - Each graduate is permitted to bring up to 4 relatives only. - Parents should always show their invitations whenever needed and abide by sitting only in the upper floor. - The faculty is not responsible for any photographers other than “El -Tunsy Studio”. Dealing with other photographers is totally the graduate's responsibility. - Graduates should preserve their assigned seats during the celebration and honoring to avoid any disturbance. - Attendees’ cooperation with the organizing committee is highly appreciated. |
