     norms,  cannot  be  resolved  through  mere

     declarations of positivity.


     Effective  leadership  requires  confronting

     uncomfortable truths and making difficult
     decisions.  A  society  that  prioritizes

     ephemeral  happiness  over  pragmatic
     solutions  is  ill-equipped  to  navigate  the

     complexities of the 21st century.
