• 2004-2006 completed MA of Political Science, thesis title: "Ethnic Groups Strategies Versus the State- A Case study for the Iraqi Shiites 2003-2005, supervised by Dr. Ali El- Din Hillal, graded with an Excellent degree.
• 2009-2010 A Phd non- degree Fulbrighter grantee, Univeristy of California Los Angeles, UCLA.
• 2008-2011 Phd degree, thesis title "Copts and their demands between inclusion and exclusion 1991-2008", graded with an Excellent degree.
• 2011-2012 lectured ,as an assistant professor, two courses on Arab Political Systems: The age of the Arab Spring and another one on the Egyptian Political System.
• 2013-2014 Got the Fulbright Scholar Post Doctoral grant and was affiliated to the UCLA Center for Near Eastern Studies , gave many lectures and seminars about the Egyptian Political system and the Arab Spring at UCLA and other campuses as Texas State University and the University of Waterloo, Canada.

اصــدارات : • 2003- 2005 Middle East Research Competition ,MERC, a project funded by FORD Foundation in Cairo to fund researches in the field of Development.
Scientific Secretariat at MERC . Helped in organizing Academic Conferences and Seminars in Egypt, Syria and Morocco.
• Organized many conferences hosted by the faculty especially held to improve the educational level for the undergraduate staff.
• Participated in the Conference titled “the Egyptian state in the transitional period”, 10- 11 June 2012, held in the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University.
• One of the participants of the “4th International Conference of the Mediterranean Worlds: Domino Effects and Hybridization of the Mediterranean” 5-7 September 2012, Istanbul, Turkey. The paper titled “Domino Effects and the Arab Region” .
• One of the participants of the 2nd International Conference in Social Sciences, held in Doha, Qatar, March 29th-April 1st, 2013.
• One of the participants in the conference titled “The new contributions in social sciences”, held in Kuwait, February 2013.
• One of the participants in the conference titled “Arab mobility is questioning Social Sciences”, held in Beirut, Lebanon, 19-20 March 2013.
• The sole author of the book titled “Copts in Egypt and their demands between inclusion and exclusion”, Beirut: (Center of Arab Unity Studies) , 2012
