Announcement of the 5th German-Arab Summer School in
Law and Economics held in Hamburg for third and
fourth year undergraduate students at FEPS and
selecting 7 students based on their proposals,
motivations letters, CVs, and their performance in
the Skype interviews with the involvement of Staff
from ILE in the selection process.

Announcement of the Summer School in Law & Economics
held in Hamburg, that is organized by the Graduate
School ‘The Economics of the Internationalization of
the Law” and “European Doctorate in Law and
Economics” and selecting 5 professors from PMLE
teaching staff to participate in this summer school.

Dr. Abla El Khawaga, coordinator of FEPS-ILE
partnership at FEPS, Mrs. Janina Satzer, coordinator
at ILE, and Ms. Menna Mahmoud, Researcher at
Research and Awareness Department at Egyptian
Banking Institute (EBI) participated in
DIES
Workshop: Strengthening University-Business
Cooperation in Egypt and the Arab Region
held at
Cairo on 19th & 20th of April 2016.

10 PMLE students travelled to Hamburg in July 2016
to attend the 3rd semester of Law and
Economics Master’s program at ILE. Out of the 10
students, 8 have participated in internships either
in Hamburg or at CIELE’s business partners in Egypt:

Starting the first semester of second intake of PMLE

Economics) for two week.After an intake of 10
students in 2015, we reached our maximum capacity of
24-25 students in 2016.
